LUDIFY stands for “Let Us Do It For You.” Our aim is to provide your events with rigorously trained staff who are held to the highest standard of service.
LUDIFY provides supervisors, team-leaders, servers, bartenders, hostesses, dishwashers, bus staff, brand ambassadors and a highly qualified team of administrative support staff. In addition to corporate events, we staff weddings, engagement and house parties, while specializing in small to medium-sized dinner parties. And every new client can expect my personal attention to every service detail and client concern, to assure a smooth-running and successful event. LUDIFY Services
Allow us to give you a bit more detail about our people and the services they provide to LUDIFY clients.
Supervisors
Senior LUDIFY staff, who exhibit strong leadership and planning skills, are utilized to interface with on-site clients and supervise the team for a flawless event.
Floor Captains/Team Leaders
For larger, plated dinner service events, multiple service teams are each assigned Floor Captains by the Supervisor. They function as team leaders to guide our servers and maintain the high quality of service for which LUDIFY is known.
Servers
LUDIFY servers are rigorously trained and held to the highest standard of service. All servers are Smart Serve certified too.
Bartenders
LUDIFY bartenders are Smart Serve certified and trained in efficiently providing full set up and breakdown of event bars. Custom cocktail menus can also be planned and arranged to help make your event a standout success.
Hostesses
Your event will receive an extra dash of class with a LUDIFY Hostess, there to warmly greet your guests, provide necessary assistance, and answer any questions concerning the event.
Dishwashers and Bus staff
Our LUDIFY dishwashers and bus staff work together to assure event tables are efficiently cleared and supplied with sparking clean dinner ware.
Administrative Support
Your upcoming event (or even an unexpected sectoral uptick) may require more administrative staff than presently available. LUDIFY thus provides Administrative Support Staff to help with your various office duty needs. Just let us know your specific needs and we’ll help you get the job done.
Cleaners
In addition to providing top-tier daily cleaners to our clients, LUDIFY clean-up crews are available to provide both pre and post-event services. Our cleaners will make sure your event space is spotless when your guests arrive, and immediately after your event, or the next day.
